Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. After dispatch, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS.

 Shipping Within United Arab Emirates

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping fee calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may apply on eligible orders

Express Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

  • Additional charges may apply

Same-Day / Urgent Delivery

Available in selected UAE cities. Extra charges apply depending on location and urgency.

  • Local UAE express delivery companies

Courier selection depends on delivery location and service availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.

  • A small additional COD handling fee may apply.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

  • Orders placed with COD must be accepted at delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future order restrictions.

 International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note: Some countries have restrictions on shipping perfumes due to alcohol content.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status directly through the courier’s website.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you experience delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with supporting photos. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
