After placing an order, you may receive order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone.
Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. 14Street does not store full card details on our website.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order confirmation, courier service, destination, customs process, public holidays, or events outside our control.
For UAE orders, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after confirmation.
For GCC orders, delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details and being available to receive the order.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout. For GCC orders, customs duties, import fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Cancellations
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been confirmed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
If an online paid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed according to our refund process and payment provider timeline.
Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, undamaged, sealed, and in original packaging.
Opened, used, sprayed, damaged, tampered, or unsealed perfume products cannot be returned for hygiene and product safety reasons.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
